1. About Us
baddieKnya is an online store selling hand-embroidered Lucknowi Chikankari kurtis, operated from Bengaluru, India. By placing an order or using our website at baddieknya.com, you agree to the following terms.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified and refunded in full if this happens.
Order confirmation is sent to your email after successful payment. An order is considered confirmed only after payment is verified — not at the time of placing it.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Cashfree, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.
We do not store any card or payment information on our servers.
In case of a payment failure where your account has been debited, please contact us at admin@baddieknya.com with your payment screenshot and transaction ID. We will resolve it within 24–48 hours.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within Bengaluru only. Deliveries are fulfilled via Porter, typically within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
Free shipping is applicable on orders above ₹4,000. A shipping fee is added for orders below this threshold.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, public holidays, partner delays). We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability and condition of the item. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
6. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions during photography. Minor variations in hand-embroidered pieces are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects.
7. User Accounts
You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.
We collect your name, email address, and phone number solely to process orders and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g., delivery partners).
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product photographs, copy, branding, and design — is owned by baddieKnya. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
baddieKnya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
