All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Since our pieces are hand-embroidered and carefully quality-checked, some orders may take an additional day. You will receive an email notification once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges
🚚 Free shipping on orders above ₹4,000
A nominal shipping fee is added at checkout for orders below ₹4,000, calculated based on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking ID and courier details. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website using this ID.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeline, please write to us at admin@baddieknya.com with your order number. We'll investigate and get back to you within 24 hours.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
