Every piece at baddieKnya is hand-embroidered by skilled artisans in Lucknow and goes through a thorough quality check before it reaches you. We stand behind the quality of every kurti we ship.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final. This allows us to maintain the highest hygiene standards and ensure that every customer receives a fresh, untouched garment.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number — we will make it right immediately.
Exchange Policy
We understand sizing can be tricky — exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability of the requested size or colour.
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact
Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of request
Only size or colour exchanges are accepted — not product exchanges
You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the exchange within 2–3 business days
